So I feel slightly off track with my 30 day abs challenge. But never fear.. I am back on track. And will add the days I missed at the end.. I am keeping in the back of my head just how close summer is! And I will be so disappointed in myself if I don't get myself to a happy place by then (well.. happy about my body..) I have been keeping up walking 2 miles a few times a week, and am trying to add some cardio in the mix too, but I hate cardio!!

Schedule?.. Ha!
My plans for today were to go jog 2 miles, do my 300 ab challenge, go get the car washed and cleaned out, come home shower get the girls ready, go buy a car, get Juston a new phone, etc...... Well my poor baby (Amelia) woke up at 1am with a slight fever, I rocked her back to sleep and then I finally dozed off myself to wake up 2hrs later to her burning up! Her fever was very high. I finally broke it and we both went back to sleep around 8:30 this morning.. So my day now consists of walking around the house singing to my girl, lots of cuddles, play time with Reagen, medicine schedules, and diaper charts.. lol I truly love being a mom, I mean don't get me wrong, I don't look forward to sick days ever.. But I just love that they rely and need me so much. And to know I will always put them and their needs before mine, makes me so amazed at how good of a mother I am. Especially seeing how other parents treat their children, I am so glad to have the head I have on my shoulders!

Cardio Challenge?
I just got done with my 300 for today, and feel great! Don't get me wrong I can feel it, but I am changing my body and that feels good! I am very excited I am still doing this, because I was alittle unsure when I decided to try the challenge.. Now I just need to set a cardio challenge!! Luckily I am enjoying my walks/running I've been doing, and should probably start riding my bike again!
Me and my oldest are going around Glendoveer today, so that will be another 2 miles.
If any of you have any good ideas for a cardio challenge, or have tried ones that work please let me know!!

300/30 Day Ab Challenge
I have started my own 300/30 Day Ab Challenge!
Basically, I started on January 30th and have been doing 300 ab workouts per day. An example would be: 25 sit ups, 25 left crunches, 25 right crunches, 50 bicycles, 25 Russian twists, 50 crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 25 in & outs, 50 Russian twists.. and then the next day do another 300 but mix it up.
The first two days I was alittle sore the next day, but to me, when you can feel the burn while working out, or are alittle sore after or the next day that lets me know I am changing how my body looks.. which is the point.
I am also doing leg workouts throughout the week, and 2-4 days a week I go walking around the golf course, which is two miles.
At the end of my 30 days I will post a before and after, to see how well it works, fingers crossed that I get a good result!!!
Bust: 36.25
Waist: 36
Mid: 42.75
Hip: 42.75
Stay in touch to check on my process :)
