Okay, I have not gotten on here in months.. My mother-in-law (age 44) passed away in May and things just aren't the same. Its a challenge everyday to realize it really happened and to think of what she is missing out on. I was debating on if I should put the way she died or not on here, but I figure if I'm ever talking about this subject, it might make more sence. She committed suicide. She came over a few days prior to hang out with the girls (her granddaughters) and was at our house for quite a while longer than normal when she just stops by. But of course, we didn't think anything of it. I had talked to her the next day and she was really upset and basically just venting.. which everyone does that from time to time, so again I didn't think anything of it, just that she needed to get it out and we were close enough to where we could do that with each other. The day before it happened I was getting my hair done for the first time in months and I debated stopping on the way home to show her, but then decided no, I will bring the girls over in the morning after we go to the bank and post office. We would give her a nice surprise :)
But unfortunately I got a call while I was pulling out of the bank and it was my father-in-law, crying hysterically telling me she shot herself. And if any of you were to know her, your reaction would have been the same as mine.. I told him that's not funny, you shouldn't joke about things like that. He then told me know he isn't joking and to call Juston and tell him, I then was so unsure of what I just heard and immediately called and told Juston to get to his parents and I have no clue what is going on but your dad is freaking out, etc....
That was the worst day of my life.
But there's more..
Ill tell some happier times first.
August 29th (the day before my 25th birthday) Juston got down on one knee and purposed! Yes, he finally asked the big question, so we are officially engaged to be married on Feb 22 2015 :)
We celebrated my birthday from Thursday to Monday, every day doing something fun and different.
But unfortunately it turned bad for his sister, after we were out wine tasting. She ended up leaving her house after we got her home and she rolled her car and got her second DUI in under a 2yr period. She lost her mom, and now had to do 2 days in jail, pay $3000 in fine, and do all of those classes over.
November 4th. Her birthday, she would have been 45yr. That was a very hard day!
I was just informed last week about my great aunt's condition. She has cancer. She did the Chemotherapy and it was working for a little bit and then went to a stand still, so the Dr. took her off of it, and basically told her when your time comes, it comes. Well she has been falling randomly while walking lately so she went in and the took a scan of her brain and the cancer is everywhere now, and on top of that she has blood pockets as well which is the reason she has been falling they said.
Her Dr. told her that there is a good chance she will not make it past the holidays..
Her sister (My Grandma) needs a heart monitor put inside of her because two months ago she went in and found out her heart is only working at 30% and she has been blacking out due to it.
I feel so defeated.
